What is Hyrox?
Hyrox is a global functional fitness competition combining running and eight workout stations. This unique format challenges participants to complete the following:
- 8 x 1km runs
- 8 functional exercises
The goal is to finish the entire course as quickly as possible, testing your endurance, strength, and mental fortitude.
