Odd – False Grip Ring Row x10-12 @1112

(Pause for 2 seconds at the top of each pull)

C) 3 Rounds, ea. for time of:
50 Double Unders or 100 Single Unders
15 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Burpees Box Jump Overs
Rest 4 min
