B) In Teams of 2 Perform
“Partner Heavy DT”
5 Rounds of:
12 Deadlift (185/125)
9 Hang Power Clean
6 Shoulder To Overhead
*Partition the reps however you want between both athletes.

At the completiton of your 5 rounds do:
4 Sets of:
400 m Run (One partner rests while the other runs. Each athlete will do two 400m runs)
