C) 3 Sets, ea for time of:
15 Cal Row
15 Ball Slams (20/15)
Rest 90 Seconds
20 Games Standard Box Jumps (24″/20″)
10 Thrusters (135/95)
Rest 90 Seconds

*Score each round at the completion of your last thruster. Include your first 90 second rest in your total time for each round.
