WOD: With a Partner complete
– 2000m Row as a team
– 150 wall balls (20/14)
– 200 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
**As a team you must complete each movement before moving on to the next. Only one partner working at a time. If your team drops the WallBall before completing all 150 reps you will be required to do a 5 Burpee penalty each time the ball drops.
