B) 5 Rounds For Time of:
10 Power Snatch (95/65)
15 Pull-ups

15 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)
40 Double Unders

rest 5 min

5 Rounds For Time of:
10 Front Rack In Place Lunges (95/65)
10 Burpee Over Bar
