800 m Partner Run
30 DB Thrusters (50/35) (15 ea.)
30 Pull-ups (15 ea.)
*Both athletes run together. Only one athlete may work on thrusters at a time. Each athlete must complete 15 reps in any rep scheme before moving onto pull-ups. Both athletes must complete 15 pull-ups in any rep scheme before starting their next run.
