7 Deadlifts (135/95)
9 Toes To Bar
then do:
800 m Partner Run
*Only one athlete works at a time. Each athlete must complete one full rounds before the second athlete can start. Each athlete will complete 10 rounds each for a total of 20 rounds. At the completion of 20 rounds, both athletes will run 800m together
