B) For Time:
100 Cal Assault Bike
*First min starts with 10 Push-ups. Second min starts with 7 Kettlebell Swings. Continue alternating movements back and forth each minute until all 100 cals are completes.
C) EMOM For 12 Min Do:
Min 1 – Farmers Carry x200ft
Min 2 – Nose To Wall Hold x20-30 sec
Min 3 – TRX Crunches x20
