Min 1 – 240ft Shuttle Sprint
Min 2 – Battle Rope x20 sec
Min 3 – Push-up x10 @21×1
Min 4 – Hanging Knee Raise Hold x20 sec
Min 5 – V-up x15
*Shuttle sprint is 20ft out, 20ft back, 40ft out, 40ft back x2
