1. We’re going 247×365!  Starting August 1, 2023, CrossFit Strong Island will provide access to the box, 247×365 through the HybridAF app.  Stay tuned for more information.
2. Please do not put any liquids on the bars.  Use the metal brush to remove the chalk after you’re finished.
3. To help members who fitness after you, if you get chalk all over the floor, grab the mop and clean it up.
