16 Minute AMRAP
800 meter run buy in
Then
– 5 Pull Ups
– 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
– 30 Double Unders

** On 3.2.1 Go you will complete an 800 meter run and then you will have the remainder of the time to complete as many rounds as you can of the workout.
