Skill of the day: Deadlift

WOD:

Mini Barbara

5 Rounds;

10 pull ups

15 push ups

20 hollow body sit ups

25 squats

Rest 1 minute between rounds

 

CrossFiT

1. Clean and Jerk;

Work up to a 1RM in 15min

 

2. Back Squat

1-1-1-1-1

Use the same weight for each set, same weight for all, as heavy as possible
