Basics

Skill of the day: Deadlift

WOD:

Mini Barbara

5 Rounds;

10 pull ups

15 push ups

20 hollow body sit ups

25 squats

Rest 1 minute between rounds

 

CrossFiT

1. Clean and Jerk;

Work up to a 1RM in 15min

 

2. Back Squat

1-1-1-1-1

Use the same weight for each set, same weight for all, as heavy as possible

 

WOD

8 minute AMRAP

Knees to elbows

Burpees

Kettlebell Swings (53,35)

Ball Slams (30/20)

 

  1. Round 1 = 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest between each movement
  2. Round 2 = 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest between each movement
  3. Round 3= 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest between each movement
