1″ Below The Knee Muscle Snatch x4

B) Every 90 Sec For 15 Minutes (10 sets) Do:
Hang Snatch High Pull x3 + High Hang Power Snatch x2 @60-70% of 1RM Power Snatch

*If you do not have a 1RM, build to a heavy set over the course of 15 minutes.

C) Climb The Ladder As High As Possible In 15 Minutes:
